In the convent, there are 3 single rooms and 3 double rooms, as well as a family room for 5/6 people. All rooms are available for individual participants (except for 1 room reserved for the trainer). Initially, we prioritize double rooms for participants who come together and wish to stay in the same room. In such cases, both participants receive a one-time discount of € 45.00.
If you stay alone in a double room, there is a one-time surcharge of € 20.00.
Reservation
When registering for the English Language & Lounge Weekend, you can indicate your preferred room. We assign these rooms on a first-come, first-served basis. So, if you are the first to register, you have the first choice, and so on. Of course, we will consult with you if a room has already been reserved. Read more about room reservation here.
